How does power move? How do we create change and transform old, oppressive systems? How might we be and work with each other in more honest, equitable, and respectful ways? What do I need to unlearn? How might I be of service to life and our planet as a whole? These are some of the questions I am currently sitting with, write about, and that inform and drive my work. I work at the intersection of leadership, learning, and community building. I activate the potential of human systems - a small team, an organization, or a community - by unlocking individual and collective learning and transformation.
